What to Expect
At Dunellen
Arrive Early
Come 10–15 minutes before class. Our team will get you set up with gloves and show you around.
Meet Your Coach
Your coach will walk you through the class format. No experience needed — they'll guide you through everything.
Hit the Bags
Gloves on, music up. Follow along as your coach leads you through combos on the heavy bags at your own pace.
Join the Community
After class, connect with fellow members. The Warrior community is welcoming, supportive, and motivating.
